Experience

In 2001 she was awarded a degree in law with full marks at the Università degli Studi di Padova. Her degree thesis was on commercial criminal law and was entitled “The limitations of criminal relevance of leveraged buyouts”, thesis advisor Professor Agata Maria Castellana.
In 2004 she was admitted to the bar at Milan’s Court of Appeal.

Then, in 2008 she was awarded a Ph.D in Corporate Law, on a scholarship at Milan’s Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. Her thesis, on commercial criminal law, was entitled: “Mismanagement of performing companies and notes of comparison with French law”, thesis advisor Professor Alberto Alessandri.

She also carried out scientific research at the Université Paris 1 (Panthéon – Sorbonne).
In 2001 she embarked on her professional career at the Libonati-Jaeger law firm and subsequently at Pedrazzi-Mucciarelli.

In 2015 she founded her own law firm.

She is Adjunct Professor of IT criminal law at the Università degli Studi di Milano, in the IT department, and Ph.D in corporate law at the Università Luigi Bocconi di Milano. Furthermore, she carries out litigation and offers legal advice pertaining to criminal law, IT criminal law and corporate criminal law (with particular emphasis on property, company, financial, tax and bankruptcy crimes).

In addition, she is involved in the preparation and drafting of organisational, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
As a Data Protection Officer she gives advice and support regarding privacy and personal data protection issues pursuant to the European Regulation 679/18 (General Regulation of Data Protection, GDPR).
She is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defence Association.
She has taken part in numerous conventions as speaker and has contributed to various publications on the subject of criminal corporate law.
