 The policy hereby set forth is included in the Studio Legale Marini website and provides information for users regarding the use of their personal data.
This policy does not refer to any other websites accessible via links, the Data Controller is not liable in any way.

Purpose of data processing

The personal data held by Studio Legale Marini is gathered in accordance with the law. Personal data will be processed legitimately, fairly, transparently and carefully, in accordance with the aforementioned policy and the Data Controller’s privacy obligations.
Consent to data processing may be withdrawn at any time, this may be partial and/or total and does not affect the legality of the processing which took place prior to the withdrawal of consent.
Personal data supplied by the user will be used in compliance with the law and for completion of the professional service requested.

Data processing and storage

The personal data is processed using automated and/or manual tools, by persons entrusted to do so and in compliance with the law, for as long as is strictly necessary to complete of the aims for which it was gathered. Data will also be processed via the hosting server, given that it is based in Italy.
The personal data will be stored for as long as is strictly necessary, in accordance with the law. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unlawful access in accordance with adaptation requirements and minimum security measures.
The Data Controller may be required to hold the personal data for a longer period of time in accordance with the law or if an Authority demands it.At the end of the storage period the personal data will be cancelled.

Sharing and disclosing data

The data gathered will not be shared with third parties and will not be disclosed without the explicit consent of the User, unless it is required by law or unless the Data Controller needs to do so in order to carry out professional services; in particular to complete the service requested by the user.
The rights of data subjects.
Studio Legale Marini guarantees the rights of every User, as sanctioned by Chapter 3 of the GDPR.
In particular, in accordance with article 15 of the GDPR, the data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information:
a) the purpose of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data concerned;
c) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly if they are recipients in third countries or international organisations;
d) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
e) he existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities;
g) where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4 of the GDPR and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

Browsing data and cookie policy

The Studio Legale Marini website uses technical cookies which expire at the end of the session, in other words when the web browser is turned off, they are not stored. They are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers to ensure the secure and efficient functioning of the website (e.g. the User’s IP address).
In order to correctly analyse the functioning of the website, the Data Controller uses website analysis services supplied by Google Analytics. Should the User wish to refuse Google Analytics cookies then the configuration of the browser must be modified. Disabling Google Analytics cookies does not prevent the User from visiting the website.
The Studio Legale Marini website does not use profiling cookies.

Privacy policy – modifications

The data controller has the right to update and integrate the privacy policy, any modifications will be posted on the website.
